This will help you correctly evaluate your home with me by the use of comparable listings. I will provide you with a recommended list price range. Open houses will be hosted with your approval. This classic technique is known to produce results. Every person touring your home during an open house is signed in with name, address and phone number. This not only adds security to your home while the public tours, but also provides me with the contact information for potential buyers. Once potential buyers have seen your home, we don't want them to forget it! I will create & provide high quality, full colour, feature sheets with all the important details of your home.
These will be in left in the home for agent showings, and also handed out at all open houses. I will not use photocopied MLS sheets. Aside from public open houses, I will first host a Realtor open house with your approval. This gives all Realtors working in Brandon a chance to view your home and see if it would be suitable for any of their current or upcoming buyers. After all open houses, realtor or public, I will provide you with any feedback that was received.
I distribute "Just Listed" flyers to everyone in the surrounding neighbourhood. There is always a chance that the friends & family of your neighbours may be interested in your home and we want to get the word out that it's for sale! Just sold flyers will be distributed after the home is sold.
